• How can I acquire a piece?

Pieces may be acquired by submitting a quotation request via the website.

Clients may select works from the collection and submit an inquiry indicating quantities and any initial preferences. A summary of the request may be reviewed and completed at any time before submission.

Once received, each request is reviewed by our team, who will revert directly to refine details and prepare a formal quotation.

Alternatively, clients may contact us directly via our contact page, by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

• Why is a quotation required?

Each piece is produced to order and may be tailored in terms of dimensions, finishes, and upholstery. A quotation allows us to accurately reflect these specifications.

In addition, shipping requirements vary depending on the nature of the piece and its destination. Each request is therefore assessed individually in order to determine the most appropriate delivery approach.

We collaborate with a specialised fine art logistics partner to provide white-glove delivery and installation. Alternatively, clients may arrange their own transport, in which case pieces can be released to a designated handler or freight forwarder.

• Where can I view the collection?

The collection is presented at the gallery in Paris.

Visits are welcomed at

39 rue de Verneuil, 75007 Paris.

• Do you work with private clients or design professionals?

We work with both private clients and design professionals, including architects and interior designers.

• Are pieces made to order?

Almost all pieces are produced to order.

Each work is fabricated specifically for its intended setting and client. A limited selection of items—such as certain accessories and lighting pieces—may be available in stock.

• To what extent can a piece be customised?

Most pieces may be adapted in terms of finishes, colours, upholstery, and, where feasible, dimensions.

All customisations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure technical coherence and respect for the integrity of the design. Certain modifications may impact pricing depending on their complexity.

• What materials and finishes are available?

A selection of finishes is available depending on the material and the specific piece.

For certain elements, such as metals, a defined range of finishes is proposed. Specific requests may be studied upon inquiry.

Where required, visual references or material samples can be provided to assist in the selection process.

• What are the production timelines?

Production timelines typically range around eight months.

Lead times may vary depending on the nature of the piece and the scope of the commission. An estimated timeline is provided with each quotation.

• Can I use my own fabric?

Clients may provide their own fabric, subject to prior review.

Fabric references must be submitted in advance in order to assess suitability for production and long-term use.

• When is an order considered confirmed?

An order is confirmed upon signature of the quotation and receipt of the corresponding payment.

Production begins only once payment has been effectively received.

• What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are specified in the quotation provided prior to order confirmation.

Depending on the nature of the piece, full or staged payment may be required.

• Can an order be cancelled?

As each piece is produced specifically for the client, confirmed orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

Any request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may incur costs corresponding to work already undertaken.

• Can a piece be returned or refunded?

Most pieces are produced on commission and made to order according to the client’s specifications.

As such, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.

For items available for immediate purchase online (such as accessories), a right of withdrawal may apply in accordance with applicable law.

• Does a right of withdrawal apply?

In accordance with French consumer law, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to certain purchases concluded at a distance or off-premises.

This right does not apply to made-to-order or customised pieces produced according to the client’s specifications.

• What guarantees apply?

All pieces benefit from the legal guarantees provided under French law, including the guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects.

• How are deliveries organised?

Delivery is arranged following validation of the quotation, including transport.

An estimated lead time and delivery window are established in advance. Once the piece is ready for dispatch, our logistics partner will contact the client directly to coordinate the delivery date and time.

• What should be verified prior to delivery?

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location allows for proper access and installation of the piece, including dimensions of entryways, circulation spaces, and the final placement area.

Any additional handling requirements or failed delivery due to site constraints may result in additional costs.

• Do you offer installation services?

White-glove delivery and installation can be arranged through our logistics partner.

• Are international deliveries available?

International delivery is available for all pieces.

Smaller items and accessories may be shipped via standard parcel services, while larger works are handled by specialised fine art logistics providers.
